Spark Woodfire Grill

Spark opened in 1999 when partners Bill, Danilo and Jeff set out to create a restaurant with personality that offered a combination of superior attention to detail and a casual, comfortable environment. With distinctive wood-fired cooking and open kitchens with live flames, Spark quickly became a favorite of locals and their guests. In 2002, chef/partner Tom Shields opened the second Spark in Huntington Beach with an ocean view terrace and a steak broiler that sears steaks at the highest possible temperature.
